We are excited that you are joining us to share your research.

• Paper presenters: Please note this minor CHANGE from prior communications. Presenters are asked to bring their own device for presentations. All rooms are equipped with HDMI connections. If you are unable to bring your own device, please notify us as soon as possible.  
• We encourage you to bring your own connector to link to the display in the room. We will have some spare dongles available for those who need them.
• Each paper session will have a host/chair for the room. The host will introduce speakers, keep time, and facilitate Q&A. Paper presentations are 20 minutes with 10 minutes for questions. The papers will be presented in the order they are listed in the program. Sessions include 2 or 3 papers.  
• Poster presenters: The Student Union Ballroom will be available on Monday starting at 4:30 p.m. for you to place your poster. The poster boards are numbered, and you will find a paper with your title and number on the board assigned to you. You will also find tacks to attach your poster on the poster board assigned to you.
