The following information is for those staying in Snow Dormitory on the UConn campus. Please review the important information below regarding the event.
- The conference registration is from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday, May 19, 2024, in the lobby of the McHugh (MCHU) building. There will be directional signs on campus to the building location.
- There will be a dormitory registration table outside of the building on Sunday, May 19, 2024. Please check in at the table to get your housing information before proceeding to the MCHU building for the event registration.
- If you are not arriving on Sunday, May 19, we will contact you separately with check-in instructions.
- Individuals staying in the dormitory will be provided with a linen package that includes sheets, a light blanket, towels, and a pillow. Please bring your own toiletries because they will not be provided.
- If you are driving a vehicle to the UConn campus, you will park in the South Parking Garage. The GPS address for the garage is 2100 Hillside Road, Storrs, CT 06269.
- You must register your car using the following parking link or you will receive a ticket. Please visit this link for information about parking on campus, the link to register your vehicle, and the directions on how to register.
- If you are departing the Wallace Symposium on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, and you requested a shuttle to the airport, we are requesting you drop off your luggage between 7:00am and 8:00am to the Wallace team members waiting in the parking lot between the dormitory and the Graduate Hotel. The staff will tag your luggage based on your departure time and will bring it over to the MCHU building for storage during the day. You will be able to pick up your luggage after the event prior to getting onto the airport shuttle.
- When departing the event, you will check out of the dormitory by visiting the Wallace registration table and providing a staff member with your keys. If you are departing on Wednesday, May 22, we will be contacting you separately with check out instructions.
