Education Summer Internship/Job Opportunity

Camp Taconic, a co-ed sleep away camp in Western, MA, is currently hiring upbeat and enthusiastic counselors to be role models for our campers this summer. This is the perfect opportunity for Education Majors looking for a summer internship or job. We provide room and board for the summer, a salary as well as travel reimbursement, internship credit (if applicable) and it is an overall wonderful experience! This is a summer job position, beginning June 16, 2023 and ending August 12, 2023. Throughout the summer, your job is to monitor the social, emotional, and physical well being of your campers (ages 7-10). You are with them throughout the day, following them from activity to activity. You are responsible for participating in and motivating your campers during each of their activities. As a general counselor you really get to experience all that camp has to offer and form amazing bonds with your group of campers. You are essentially their parents, their big brothers and sisters, and their teachers over the course of the summer.
